GOOD QUESTIONS. STRAIGHT ANSWERS.

Before you book.

What equipment do you use for drain cleaning?

We use Speedrooter equipment to clean kitchen sink drains and 3 to 6 inch main sewer drains. The cable, cutter and setup depend on the pipe and access. The Speedrooter 92 manufacturer reference below shows this equipment family; the exact setup used at your home depends on the job.

Can I see the sewer camera video?

Yes. We use a Gen-Eye X-POD Plus sewer camera to inspect lines after cleaning, and video is available on-site. We can talk through the visible condition of the line with you. Ask about recording availability when arranging your inspection.

Does a camera inspection clear a clog?

No. The camera shows the inside of the line; it does not remove a stoppage. Cleaning first can improve visibility. Standing water, debris and access limitations can affect what an inspection reveals.

Do you install toilets and water heaters?

Yes. We install toilets, water heaters and other plumbing fixtures, alongside residential service and repair. Call to discuss the fixture and the existing setup.

Do you handle major remodels?

No. Our focus is drain cleaning, residential plumbing repairs and fixture installations rather than major remodeling projects.

Where do you work?

We serve Citrus, Marion and Sumter counties in Florida. Call with your address to confirm scheduling and availability for your location.

How much will my job cost?

The scope, access and condition of the plumbing affect the work involved. Call and describe the problem so we can discuss the next step. We do not publish a one-size-fits-all price for every drain or repair.

How do I schedule service?

Call (352) 465-6226 with your location and a brief description of the issue. Ask about current availability when you call.
